The sun is still shining but the nights are getting cooler and I feel fall coming on! My very favorite season. Typically September and October are my favorite months here in the northwest. The rain has not set in yet and temperatures are perfection! It is also the best time for fashion, jeans, boots, sweaters warm but stylish wool coats. LOVE. Here are just a few things I am coveting this fall. Fun!

I cannot believe that it took me this long to get the girls to our neighbors stable. Yes, my neighbors own a horse boarding stable complete with an incredible red barn… talk about photographer heaven!!! They were so gracious and wonderful with Ava. Plus Grammy and Pa were out for the visit just to make it more special. I know we will be back soon. Ava did not get to ride on a horse she was a bit upset. Her food accidentally got in a horses way. Thankfully no lasting injury but she kept the horses at a distance after that! I am thinking that the red barn may be a great fall picture location!!!
In a goal of completing Ava’s summer berry picking list we hit the blueberry farm! Friends, sun and sweet berries. It was a bit hot but that did not stop the fun! I think blackberries are next… hoping that the neighbors house qualifies!
I never tire of Ava pics! I have always said she is the queen of candid pictures. As long as I have no, and I mean NO, expectations that she will actually look at the camera I am guaranteed 20+ candid shots I LOVE within minutes. I have been wanting to take pics by this old shed in the alley up the street… FUN location for a 2 min. walk! I have decided that I need someone to pay me just to take pics of my own girls, it is what I truly love to do the MOST!!!
If there is something to climb, swing from of jump off of Ava will find it! And hanging upside down well double bonus, it is her FAVORITE! My monkey. My girl who wears princess dresses to play cars in and LOVES superheroes. These days no one ranks higher than Spidey!!! Larry saw this t-shirt in a kids store during our trip to Denver, it is AWESOME and Ava loved it. She has gotten a little big for the baby swing but no surprise she has reinvented the experience. Amazing indeed!
We completed round two of summer berry picking! Mmmmm…. I love raspberries! We met up with our friends for some sweet times the girls all had a blast and Ava is obsessed. She has the list plotted out. “First we went strawberry picking, then raspberry picking. Next we have to go blueberry picking, blackberry picking then apple picking and pumpkin picking.” Yep she has got a plan! No worries here I love it all and no surprise but the photo opts are not too shabby either! Ella, while after a taste or 20, she is simply happy playing in the wagon! She also LOVED the ducks a chickens although on chicken got her hand 😦 Quite tramatic it took her a couple days to move on from the experience. Every once in a while she would just cry and say “chicken”, sooo sad!
